Make your health a priority...
We carried out a study of 2000 Brits to find out how, as a nation, our health has been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
We found that, worryingly, people have missed check-ups and appointments during this time for everything from stress to cancer.
With six in ten Brits avoiding booking health appointments during the pandemic - as they didn't want to be a burden or catch COVID, and more than one in five missing or cancelling a routine health check-up including cholesterol checks, important blood tests and gynaecology appointments.
Almost four in ten had their appointment postponed by healthcare professionals which included all-important cervical smear tests, prostate checks and mammograms.

Make your health a priority...
Plus, 82% of Brits who were working from home during the pandemic cited stress, weight and tiredness as health issues they became concerned about, however these were also the top concerns people avoided getting checked out during the pandemic, along with headaches and hair loss.
More than a quarter also revealed they feel more anxious about their health that ever before, and that the pandemic has made them want to get their general health checked over more often.
Let's feel great again Britain...
In a bid to get Brits feeling great again, Pall Mall has launched a brand-new health screen, The Ultimate Health Screen. A personal health assessment using some of the most advanced diagnostic testing available.
Why do I need a health screen?
To enjoy life to the full you need to be in the best possible health.
Being proactive with your health by undergoing a health screen can help you to gain a better awareness and understanding of your health and ensure that you are living a healthy lifestyle.
Screening can help detect a problem before you even experience any symptoms. This way you can be better informed and have the best chance of effective treatment.

Tips & Advice
Introducing the new post-lockdown health screen
After a year of working from home, staying inside and being kept away from our friends and family, the COVID pandemic has had an impact on everyone's health, with many of us exercising less, making more frequent unhealthy diet choices and experiencing increased anxiety and stress.
To enjoy life to the full you need to be in the best possible health. That means more than just a healthy nutritious diet and lots of exercise. It also means taking every opportunity to make sure that everything is as it should be, medically.
Could lockdown have negatively impacted your health?
A study of 2,000 adults found that top worries during the pandemic included stress, back ache and blood pressure - but millions kept their issues to themselves rather than seeking professional help.
More than one in five (22 per cent) also missed or cancelled a routine health check-up and 39 per cent had them postponed by health care professionals.
A third admitted they didn't make an appointment in the first place as they thought the issue would get better over time, whilst four in 10 didn't want to be a burden.
