Mr Hrsikesa (Rishi) Sharma is a UK trained fully accredited Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgeon equipped with the latest techniques and skills for treating his patients.
He is fully registered with the GMC as well as on their specialist register for Plastic Surgery. Whilst also being a Fellow of The Royal College of Surgeons of England in Plastic Surgery, he is also a full member of both the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) as well as The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS).

Alongside his private work, Mr Sharma also works for the NHS where he is currently the lead clinician for the Plastic Surgery department at The Countess of Chester Hospital.
Having undergone extensive surgical training working at world-class plastic surgery units, his areas of interest are breast enlargement (breast augmentation) surgery, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), breast reduction surgery, as well as a range of other aesthetic procedures.
Education and Clinical Experience
Having graduated with honours from Cambridge University medical school, he completed his higher plastic surgical training within the prestigious Pan Thames programme in London. Here his skills and dedication were recognised by being awarded the International Fellow position at the world-famous St Vincent's Hospital in Melbourne, Australia.
He has previously worked in one of the world’s most highly sought after microsurgical breast fellowships in Chelmsford. Prior to taking up his Consultant Plastic Surgeon post, he is one of the few Plastic Surgeons to have done a dedicated cosmetic fellowship at the renowned Wellington Hospital and King Edward VII (the Royal Hospital) in London.
Appreciating the importance of science and research in Plastic Surgery evolution and safety he dedicates part of his career to plastic surgery research. His scientific medical research has been published in renowned peer-reviewed national and international journals and he has presented his work internationally. He was also involved in the world’s first documented four breast reconstruction free flaps in four different patients in one day in a single operating theatre.
Mr Sharma is passionate about teaching and is heavily involved in training the plastic surgeons of the future. Currently he is the North West deanery STEC representative for Chester for plastic surgery training doctors and is frequently invited as an examiner for one of the FRCS Revision courses.
